Duamart has made the return process very simple. You do not need to contact anyone and wait for long time. Everything you can do in My aMart section. Please follow the following easy steps to return the item.
Generate Return Request
Please generate the return request by clinking on "Return item" in My Orders section against the transaction. You will be redirected to a new page where you will specify why you want to return the item. After you have entered your comments, click submit request. You return request will be generated and seller will be notified immediately who will have 7 days to respond.
Print the Return Form
Once seller has accpeted your return request, you will have "Print Return Form" option in Returns section against the transaction. You will be required to print the form that will have your address as sender, receivers's address and also a barocde (Consignment number). Please attach the same form with the original packaging that contains Duamart hologram and seal on it
Drop off at TCS
Then simple drop the packet off nearest TCS store. Once we receive the package, return status will be updated that can be viewed in Return section any time
Items eligible for return
Please make sure you read the following carefully before you return the item. Items must qualify our return checks in order to be processed for refund. If the item sent does not pass the return checks, it will be set back to buyer and he will also get a decrease in performance index. All purchases are covered with 7 days return policy. Please make sure the item being sent back meets the following requirements.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
For electronic device-related issues after usage and 7 days, please contact the brand warranty provider directly (if applicable).
Any kind of software purchased, music, videos, are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Beauty, personal care, and health products cannot be returned after usage.
Anything that can by oraly consumed, is not eligible for return or refund.
Pet food is non-returnable, non-refundable.
Events and tickets are non-returnable, non-refundable.
All grocery items are non-returnable, non-refundable.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Items which are no longer needed within 7 days return policy can be returned provided in original packaging. We will deduct the postage costs paid and rest of the amount will be refunded.
While specifying the reason for return, Please clearly mention, if you want replacement or refund. If we do not have the exact replacement, you amount will be refunded.
